By booking with Best Way Transfer Punta Cana, the client acknowledges that excursions are subject to weather and safety conditions. The company reserves the right to modify schedules and itineraries or reschedule activities when necessary to ensure participant safety. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or the client failing to show up, are not eligible for a refund.

1. Bookings & payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • The client must provide accurate information when booking.
  • Prices are shown in USD (or the applicable currency) and include only the specified services.
  • The booking is confirmed once payment is received.

2. Cancellation & refund policy

  • Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance: full refund or as per company policy.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours before the excursion: non-refundable.
  • No-show: no refund will be issued.
  • Refunds may take several business days depending on the bank or payment platform.

3. Weather conditions

  • Some excursions depend on weather and sea conditions.
  • The company may reschedule or cancel the activity for safety reasons.
  • If the operator cancels, the client may choose to reschedule or receive a refund.

4. Schedules & transport

  • The client must be ready at the pickup point at the indicated time.
  • The company is not responsible for delays caused by the client.
  • Schedules may vary due to traffic, weather or other operational circumstances.

5. Client responsibility

  • The client participates at their own risk.
  • They must disclose in advance any medical conditions, pregnancy or physical limitations.
  • They must follow staff instructions and safety rules.

6. Limitation of liability

  • The company is not responsible for loss, theft or damage of personal belongings.
  • It is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure, weather conditions, accidents, government closures or other circumstances beyond its control.

7. Photography & promotional material

  • Photos or videos may be taken during excursions for promotional purposes.
  • By participating, the client authorizes the use of these images, unless they expressly request otherwise.

8. Minors policy

  • Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • Some activities may have age, weight or height restrictions.

9. Data protection

  • The personal information provided will be used only to manage bookings and deliver the contracted services.
  • Data will not be sold or shared with third parties unrelated to the service.

10. Governing law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.
  • Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of the Dominican Republic.
